Between the Body and the Soul.

My little discovery about the human soul and body.

Our body is a vessel, Made for our soul. That means we are actually our SOUL not the BODY.
Most people are yet to understand this that's why they keep paying more attention to the need of the body than that of their soul.
How did this happen?
When man fell in the garden of Eden by disobeying God, the devil became the ruler of the world (2cor 4:4). So because the body was made to live in the world, the devil is most times controlling the body, So that's why the body goes after worldly pleasures more than it goes for the things of God.
 When ever we commit any kind of sin the body is not so bordered like the way it will be disturbing you in your heart/soul. Taking this down to why people still commit sin and another sin on top of the previous one is because they have not yet understood this things. If we can allow the body take the punishment made for it when it goes wrong then the soul will be glad. What am I saying? When you lie allow your body to be flogged if that's the punishment for lying, than in other to prevent the body which is control by pleasure from been flogged you lie again. WHEN THE TRUTH IS TOLD THE BODY UNDERGOES PUNISHMENT BUT. WHEN LIES ARE TOLD THE SOUL IS TORMENTED, i.e undergoes punishment. Then when the soul is now controlled by the body that's when you will find life very hard and useless.

Let's allow the spirit man rule the body. How can we do so? By renewing our mind with Gods word. SoWhy do we have to renew our mind (soul) like it said in (rom 12 : 2). That's because our soul is a visitor in this world. Example Just like myself now if I go to USA, i have to be renewing my visa to be able to stay there BUT a citizen of USA don't have to renew visa in other to stay in the country. Relating this to the soul and body. Why do you think the body goes back to the ground and the Soul goes back to heaven for judgement. Our soul i.e who we are is a visitor in this world, therefore for it to be able to stay here it has to keep renewing itself with the word of God. This is to prove to you that our soul should receive more attention than our body because its the soul that will live for eternity, so if you find yourself in HELL you wouldn't have anybody to blame for that.

Back Then When....

Ok, so I'm gisting with my roommate and we are discussing the silly things we did as teenagers.  Remember when you were busy making midnight calls to one boy that year, when you were sneaking around at night like a rat looking for a comfortable place for the call. I particularly remember how many times my mum seized my phone just because the noise from my laugher at night was so loud. The Real Position of Women

                   The Real Position of Women Often times, this has been a regular debate amongst people. Where should a woman be placed in the society. Some people say she should be below the man since he is her superior and of course the "weaker vessel ". This idea is particular to the "old schools " as the case may be, those that are traditional in thinking.  Others think women should be placed on the same level with the man, hence the feminist movement.
