Are you really Honest?



  The value of honesty can never be over rated.

 Often times, we lie and ask God to bless the lie.
Some lies are considered small and insignificant, some are called "white ", some are said to save ourselves from a particular situation and some others are said in the form of a joke but often times we tend to ignore who is on the other side of our lies, what does the person's impression of us become, would the person over look it since it's a joke, would the person take it to heart wondering why we had to lie in the first place.

Actually, honesty mustn't be reflected in what we say, it can also be in how we say it and in what we do. Sometimes we wonder why exam malpractice is not allowed, this is because it's actually lie on our actually abilities.

Honesty can also be reflected in how we take care of things put in our care, do we hoard resources and present a dishonest report, do we exaggerate our actually abilities to make our presentation more appealing, do we paint a brighter picture than the original version to make our stories more interesting and so on. Something happened recently and in as much as I regret lying, I wish I didn't have to in the first place.
A lot of things we ignore probably because we don't know it's an act of dishonesty but if we look deep down, we would find out we lie almost about everything everyday.

In whatever we do, try to be honest no matter who is watching especially if you want to sleep well at night.

The Real Position of Women

                   The Real Position of Women Often times, this has been a regular debate amongst people. Where should a woman be placed in the society. Some people say she should be below the man since he is her superior and of course the "weaker vessel ". This idea is particular to the "old schools " as the case may be, those that are traditional in thinking.  Others think women should be placed on the same level with the man, hence the feminist movement. They think women should enjoy the same privileges as men do so there should not be any discrimination on the grounds of sex. Back Then When....

Ok, so I'm gisting with my roommate and we are discussing the silly things we did as teenagers.  Remember when you were busy making midnight calls to one boy that year, when you were sneaking around at night like a rat looking for a comfortable place for the call. I particularly remember how many times my mum seized my phone just because the noise from my laugher at night was so loud.
